1. Stop by the Entrepreneur Center to pick up an application packet, or download one HERE;
2. Complete the application forms;
3. Complete a business plan;
4. Meet with the Small Business Development Center Business Advisor to review your Business Plan; (219-809-4200  x304)
5. Submit application forms and business plan the the ECMC Advisory Council for review.
